These folks are the real deal. I bought a used car from a different dealership and it turns out it was completely undrivable: no brake pads, seized rare calipers, and severe oil leak. The mechanic did a thorough inspection and was able to fix every issue.
Worst experience ever. An oil change took an hour and a half. They wanted to sell me, among other things, 1250$ set of tires after 37,000 miles on a new car. They performed services that were not ordered (reversed the charge when I complained), there was a glob of greece on arm rest when car was returned, and charged a $7 shop fee which they claimed was for things like "rags".
Great experience. Accurate diagnostic of issue and no overselling unnecessary services.
