For my experience, another realtor had a contract with me and was barely available to get me started on getting it started. The first day that we had put it on the market with Bill we got our first interest. It went by as smoothly as it could and he worked with me really well. I work about 70 hours a week so he was an absolutely pleasure to work with. Give him a try, I highly suggest him.
