Anyone who is the process of car buying should definitely reach out to Bill Dodge. With the current situation, they couldn’t have made it more seamless of a transition for me. Especially Eric A who got me in a car that hit all the boxes and kept me into my budget. Trying to buy a car with a young child at home and not wanting to bring him anywhere def seemed impossible but Bill Dodge made it so easy and I was able to do most car searching from home. Brought my car in to get inspected and had a tear it wouldn’t pass and have expensive work needing to be done. It failed but just needed rear brakes and rotors, (luckily I have someone that can do them for me) and Nick in service told me after it’s done to just come back and they’ll get me a sticker! Fast and efficient service.

so the car I got is amazing however the car salesman cared more about his pocket than he did the sale of a happy customer! the trade in value of the car they most likely paid is 7k to 8k and was selling at 12.9k what is fine but when I said to make the sale just add on the remote starter the guy just added it to the price what made it 13.3k and this was with my fathers credit score of 800. to put lightly if I did not desperately need a car that day I would have walked out without ever doing business with them in the future! ... read more
