I was looking for a BMW in Sudbury Ma. They were way over priced. The salesman was very friendly, but that’s where that story ended. I resigned myself to the fact I would not be getting a BMW. State inspection, we’ll baby check and oil change on my 2014 Nissan Versa Note. Other than trying to send me to Saco instead of Westbrook (second time), they were pleasant, efficient, reasonable and even threw in a car wash. I tend to be wary of dealerships, but so far I’m impressed.
Just bought my new Infinti QX60 today and had an awesome experience! The staff was super helpful and welcoming. They were able to find me the exact model I wanted with the right interior and exterior colors with no issues at all. The vehicle was perfectly clean and ready when I arrived. The staff was accommodating and friendly, especially John and Matt who we dealt with today. I only spoke with her on the phone, but Debbie was awesome too! Thank you all for a wonderful buying experience!

In the 9 yrs since I purchased the truck in 2009 I have never had a problem with B D A G. And I like the promotional and gift rewards.
Only giving a 4 star rating because I've had great service, just tired of getting the same calls about needing service done on my car when it's alreasdy been taken care of.
