My daughter bought a car and her dad and I went with. Dan our salesman knew we needed the process to go quickly so that my daughter could get to work on time. Everyone was fabulous in accommodating her needs. Will definitely be going back to buy another vehicle!
Was told the car has XM radio. Asked how to transfer from old car to new car. Given instructions. Find out new car doesn’t have XM radio and will need to pay to have it installed. Told that’s not their fault we should have double checked it was actually an option on the car... #NeverAgain
I have to say, I have had nothing but Professional Service from the folks at Bill Dodge in Westbrook. Eric Ferguson is the best!! He takes care of my wife’s truck, and I purchased a 2018 Dodge Challenger from another dealership last Spring. Between my schedule and scheduling at the other dealership, I will be bringing the Challenger to Eric and his team. I know that my car will get nothing but the best! Thanks again to the Bill Dodge Team!���

RecommendedMy wife took our car for an oil change. The service was great. They even shuttled her to shop at Kohl’s while she waited. Doesn’t get much better than to shop while you wait. When she got back the work was done, car washed and off she went.
