RecommendedEasy, fast, great price, and professional Used the service dept and it was better than going anywhere else.
Wow! Amazing service today at the used vehicle service center. I had to bring my three kids (3 year old twins and an 8 year old). Desiree and Tim (service advisors) were so accomodating and awesome with the kids! The shuttle driver was also friendly and helpful. And, as for the work on the car, everything fixed and past service repairs were taken into consideration. I’d highly recommend Bill Dodge Westbrook service center!!

Great experience dealing with them
Having to bring your car in to get fixed can be very stressful. However Bob in the service department is just wonderful. He is very professional and trustworthy, which is very refreshing.
They treated me great and made sure I knew what was going to be done. Very happy with the service!
We bought a 2014 gmc Acadia from them. Had a problem with the temp gauge on the dash. The car was revving would die out then take a minute to start. They took our car in, replaced the coolant sensor and kept it a few days to run it to make sure the problem was fixed. They go above and beyond to make sure the problem is fixed. Love bill dodge service!
