Losing a family member and trying to deal with this office is horrible. Libby is very rude to people that have just went through a death in the family. We wanted to add more insurance to a home we inherited and she would not help with this . As soon as I can get matter cleared up , I intend to go elsewhere.
Damn. Saved me $100 per month. Employee had ALL paperwork done when walked in the door. Teddy Bears for the two grands (new customer I guess). Very Very satisfied. Almost makes you glad to pay your monthly installment.
They are giving me homeowner quotes is different and after few days they increased, when I discuss they said we will pay the difference but it not happen also they are increasing suddenly auto and Home insurance premium.
Very nice, and reliable. Great insurance company. I been with them over 30 years . I highly recommend Bill Denny at State farm insurance company.
