THEY SELL LEMONS! I had a 2013 Chevy Cruze with them TWO WEEKS after getting it MY ENGINE OVERHEATED AND STARTED SMOKING when I was driving I went from 80 mph to 60 and then a complete stop and wasn’t able to move on a BUSY highway ! Called service next busniess day and was told soon as I started smoking I should have called HOW STUPID ! Expect to get approved, expect to drive away in a vehicle after that don't expect too much. The communication is zero stars. They pressured me to post a five star review the day I bought the car and at that time I was happy. Three months later and the real picture is, Kyle Chapman Motors couldn't care less unless you are even 1 minute late with a payment. Weigh your options, if I had better credit I would have gone to another dealership. The car itself is just fine, overpriced in my opinion but that is what it is.
