Literally one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life. If you pay ahead you’re reprimanded, the communication is horrible, the employees would rather have a screaming match on the phone versus hearing what you have to say. YVONNE AND THE LADYS THAT ANSWER THE PHONE IN THE FRONT. I highly recommend you stay away. Also if you’re late they shut your car off with no notice. Very rude and unprofessional
No he tenido peor experiencia, las personas que trabajando allá todas sin excepción son malas personas preferí devolver el carro estando al día…. Son lo más bajo que existen y se aprovechan mucho del latino con carros carísimos….. Cars not very clean and not alot of cars to choose from maybe 6 cars to choose from
Horrible ongoing experience. I bought a car from them in June. Two days later my husband died. I have tried to work with them but they disable the car via starter interrupter at will. Sometimes a week before payments even due. I have pored over my contract and this wasn't in it. Now today I find out that the engine was rebuilt. Causing it too expensive to insure. Stay away from these mafiosos please.
