I recently worked with Bill Carlston from Nexes Realty Muskegon on a transaction, and it was one of the smoothest deals I’ve had. Bill is a true professional — steady, experienced, and excellent with communication. He was also the listing agent on the very first home I purchased back in 1991, so getting to work a deal together decades later was a full-circle moment. Kudos to Bill and his entire team at NEXES for their professionalism. I’d gladly work with them again.
Started out great; Bill and his son in law were professional and nice but once they learned we could not afford the pricer home they had on the market that we were just out of reach for they said they would continue to help us and send different options but never heard from them agin. They probably think we were a waste of their time and they only deal with higher end clients.
