Bill is an amazing realtor and all around great guy. Needed to sell my deceased mother's house and I live out of state. Bill did not live in my mom's town either, be he was very involved, provided great communication, and got the house sold in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend Bill and use him for any future real estate needs.

Big thanks to Bill Burdette, who masterfully handled the sale of my mother's home after her passing. Bill treated us with compassion and sensitivity during a difficult time. His knowledge of market conditions and his open communication style allowed us to close in a timely manner at a very fair price. The whole experience was very pleasant and we would not hesitate to utilize his services again or recommend him to others.

Bill is the Best!! We are first time homebuyers and were trying to take advantage of some of the programs out there for us, specifically FHA. WOW, what a long and stressful process that was. Bill hung in there and kept us informed every step of the way. Even when some updating was needed to the home, Bill was out there almost every day checking on the workers and making sure they were getting things done.
