My boyfriend and I bought a 2014 cruze from them. Then I found out I was pregnant with twins. Our twins wouldn't fit in the back with their carseats. So we went in wanting to trade in for something a little bigger. My soon to be wife and I went in expecting to hear no but Ron sent me home in a 2014 cruze pending a bank approval by 9:00am the next Ron called and said we really got the car. Everyone one was so very friendly we were even offered fresh tomatoes

Beware! I went in two days ago for an inspection of my 2008 Impala. The service manager told me that both front wheel bearings were worn and would need new wheel hub assemblies. I called him on it and asked what were the tolerances and how are they measuring it. He said zero tolerance. I said I didn't believe that. Car only had 63,000 miles. He said GM has had problems with wheel bearings. He went to look up tolerances, came back stating that he was wrong. There is a 3/8" tolerance. Again, i asked how are you measuring it. H... read more

David, I'm sorry you felt you had a bad experience. Our Service Advisor states that While the State of Missouri allows tolerances of 0.375 inches, GM tolerances are 0.005 inches, so the amount of play you have in your wheel bearings is out of GM tolerances and unsafe by GM standards. The difference in tolerances can create some confusion, but we would never try to force an "unnecessary" repair job on anyone.
My son was sold a duramax that needed an engine 6000 miles later. They sold him a 2400 dollar warranty on 14% interest rate and was told by their salesman it was the best warranty they had that would cover if anything happened to engine or injectors etc 100%. When we tried to replace the engine the max on the warranty was 3000. When my 18 year old tried to read the warranty he was told he didn't need to read and just sign.
