Had trans flush at 30,000 miles. At 36,100 miles, the trans died. They REFUSED to help me as it was 100 miles over warranty. I cannot prove it but I believe they put the wrong trans fluid in. I am no longer a Ford customer because of these people. Horrible experience!
This place was horrible to deal with. Especially KEVIN the salesperson and CHRIS the finance guy. We had an issue that was under warranty and they kept trying t put it off until the warranty expired. Then they promised us a loaner car (which we didnt get) and we dropped it off with 3/4 of a tank of gas and got it back with 1/4 tank (they drained the tank to fix a fuel sensor problem).
