Nothing but great things to say! Since we pulled in the lot the service was amazing. Clarence was friendly and all around outstanding. He got us exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. Our sales person Mason was fabulous. The information he gave us about the car was terrific. His salesmanship was awesome, and I didn't feel any pressure at all to "hurry us along". The whole experience with our Cruze was not what we were expecting. Thanks Mason! Ralph is loving it!
Ted Martin in the Body Shop was wonderful! I was in an accident and had my repairs done elsewhere, needless to say they were subpar. We came to Bill Black to get things corrected and the outcome was fabulous! Ted was always in communication with us and we are beyond satisfied with the results. Took my truck at 9:45 for an "appointment" and at 2:30 my car still had not been touched although they were not that busy. David S. Was the person they had me registered under I guess and he was very nonchalant as well as Diane at the front desk. Over 5 hrs and they were basically acting as if they didn't care and we're not apologetic at all.
