They employ Eric Snyder in their shop. When he had his auto repair shop on Mt Hope Ch Rd in McLeansville, my mother took her car to him for repair. She paid him $2500 . That was 15 months ago. He has not produced the car. He closed the shop and moved the car elsewhere. He will not return it and has not returned the money . I notified the manager at Black Cadillac but he was no help. He said he would call me back but did not. That they keep this type of person on staff speaks volumes about them.
I’ve bought a lot of cars, but this was, by far, the best experience! From the moment I walked in the dealership until I drove off in my Blazer, I was treated like a valued customer! Matt (sales) was friendly, honest, and professional. They gave me a fair deal on my trade-in and my new vehicle. It’s rare to see a company that values their customers as much as they do. I hope to be a loyal customer for many years to come!
