I had my car checked today because there didn't seem to be any difference in it after I took it for a front end alignment.... it needs a control arm and ball joints are bad. He said you can not do a front end alignment properly with those in bad shape. That means the company charged me for a front end alignment took money for a job they didn't do!! And never took the time to tell me afterwards the car had an issue. Shame because I've always got such good service there.
