Recently I closed on a deal with realtor Bill Avgerinos, where he was representing the sellers & myself, the buyers. On possession day the sellers had not moved anything from the house, despite Bill's constant reminders but Bill did not pass on the responsibility to the sellers, he took control of the situation, did what was needed & gave possession the same day!
