I always have a wonderful experience in the women’s clinic, the staff is always kind and respectful.
Their staff didn’t tell me everything I would be charged for because I have Medicaid. They specified the office visit which I was okay with but nothing else. The woman in billing was horribly rude and condescending. They should just be straightforward about what you’ll be charged for. The woman in billing told me to request an itemized bill. Best clinical services available.
We sought help for the side effects of psychiatric medication, but after they adjusted the dosage, the original problem resurfaced. If the general physician lacks knowledge in this area, they are not fit to treat patients. I wish I could give them 0 stars
