Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I visited this store with the intention of purchasing a gold ring, specifically 18K gold. Not only did they fail to carry what I was looking for, but I was offered a 10K, 9-gram ring priced at $1,950, which I found significantly overpriced. More concerning was the lack of professionalism in how customers were prioritized. I had my engagement ring (it's a solitaire 1.70 carat) diamond on white gold enlarged because it's been 20+ years and my finger must've grown a 1/2 size. They tested the diamond ensuring it was real when I dropped it off, tested again when I picked up, cleaned the ring and it looks like new. The only person I trust with my jewelry is Bilin.

Went to purchase a gift for my girlfriend. I thought something wasn't a good price and was considering getting it somewhere else but the woman working there said not to since anywhere else for cheap would make her skin turn green. So I bought from them and months later, my girlfriend's neck turned green. She lied to my face but I left 1 star since she allowed me to haggle the price.
They should deserve zero stars. Note. Owner should change staff. Staff dosent know manners. Went there very staff attitude was very bad n product was not original.
