Buyer beware! Unethical biz. Unsupervised carpet installers severely damage our original custom hardwood floors and baseboards. The games they play to avoid repairing and downplaying the damage is disappointing; yet they expect to be paid top dollar!
Great customer service. I am a local homeowner with limited experience in flooring but with a handymen disposition. The team here was able to guide me on repairing hardwood floor patches that were left open after a significant remodel where doors were moved in my house. They provided free hardwood scraps which were a perfect oak match to my floors. I was originally quoted $2,000 to patch my floors, but after Floortex' help I was able to finish the project myself for $27.
