Dr. Gondal is wonderful.
Dr. Gondal prescribed a 14-day medication course, and during that time I had an important question about the medication. I called his office on three separate occasions, and each time I was told that someone would check with the doctor and call me back. Despite being reassured each time, no one ever followed up, and after the third attempt, I gave up. This repeated failure to communicate left me feeling neglected and anxious about my treatment.
