Was in San Antonio for one day and came to the Sunday morning class at the Alamo Heights location. Steve gave a great class. Will definitely go back next time I'm in town. Thanks Union Yoga
I love going to practice while helping myself improve my mental and physical health. The instructors are truly the best for inspiring and helping me adjust when needed. Attending a full class this past Sunday, a Mother and Daughter finished their 60 day challenge. WOW, so glad I was there to see this special moment!
Never felt so amazing and alive as I did when I was doing bikram yoga. It will change your current situation no matter what. You feel at ease, peaceful, content - negative feelings don't exist when you are a yogi. I wish I was able to do it again. If life isn't going your way try Bikram, employees here are great and are there to get you healthy and keep you that way. Great energy and great people = amazing vibes
