I started coming here in February because I was tired of the gym grind, wanted a better way to release stress, and missed the hot yoga Bikram 26x2 classes I attended 20 years ago. This studio is an amazing community of instructors and clients. It doesn’t feel fake, forced or cliquey. No one is pushing you to work harder than you’re comfortable with. Absolutely disgusting that as a new student who arrived on time but had a difficult time with the parking couldn’t get let into class. I drove 40 minutes to get to this studio for a 4:30pm class. I pulled on the door handle at exactly 4:33pm. It’s locked. I understand strict policy of starting class early, but if it’s a new student who doesn’t know the layout of parking, have some grace?! Every other studio I’ve been to has at least a 5 minute grace period. Horrible experience. Will not be coming back and hoping to get a ref... read more

Solai is an amaaaaazing teacher!!! She’s so supportive and encouraging during class and her playlist is a 20/10!!! Can’t wait until she does another class I feel great:)))))
