This review is from last summer but I’ve been meaning to leave one. The studio is quite nice- good atmosphere, bathrooms, and nice teachers! The reason for my low review is because they lock their doors on.the.dot! Twice I arrived at 8:01 for an 8:00 class and was locked out. I’ve worked out at many gyms including yoga studios and have never had his experience! There is nothing on the website nor posted in the studios about this policy. I have been doing Pilates here for almost 3 years and it is the best experience. My strength and balance have improved so much. I love all the different teachers and the community at the studio. It is the most welcoming, open environment. I look forward to coming to class every week, and can’t wait to return to class after being on vacation. Join us at this awesome studio!
Great atmosphere, awesome instructor with very good cuing
Absolutely love their hot Pilates classes! The workouts are intense, but in the best way possible—challenging yet energizing. The instructors bring so much motivation and great energy, and the music is always on point, making the session even more fun. If you are looking for a serious sweat session that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!
My favorite yoga studio! Loving, warm, educational, kind and always going above and beyond. Local owners and home grown. All the best things you want to see in a business. Keep up the great work!!!
