I was in the store tonight with my rear rim which had bent, i stopped at a store previously at a different shop. the previous shop told me my rim was not fixable. I was pretty upset. I called bike sports and asked if they had a 26inch rim and the said yes so I went in with full intensions if buying a new wheel. the gentleman grabbed the rim from my hand after I told him my situation and threw it on their jig and within 10 mins he had my rim perfectly straight.
