They truly will treat you like family, work with whatever budget you have, and go out of their way to make sure youre happy with the outcome, whatever it may be. I’ve bought both of my Specialized bikes here—my SL7 and now my SL8—and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Agustín is incredibly knowledgeable and always understands exactly what I’m looking for. Yes, cycling is an expensive hobby, but every time I walk out of BikeSports, I leave with a smile. That’s because I know I received honest advice and outstanding service. BikeSports has earned my trust, and it’s the only bike shop I’ll continue buying from.
I was looking for a Specialty Rockhopper bike and thought since they had them I would purchase locally. They had 2 bikes but both looked used. One bike had deep scratched on the bottom of the crank arm and the other bike had dirty tires with dried mud still in them. I questioned it and the staff said he can’t help that someone took it for a test drive and the tires got dirty.
