The folks at BikeSport are A+. Knowledgeable, accommodating and extremely helpful. They were very supportive while we tested a number of bikes over several days and even pulled out frames from their warehouse so we can compare colors. They were very patient and never pushy. We bought two great bikes from them and we are very satisfied. Highly recommended.
First time bike buyer. I visited few more shops and I would say these guys are the best. �very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and damn cool guys. I visited 4 to 5 times and each time had experience with different folks and fact is everyone who works here is great and helpful.
Excellent service and wonderful, helpful people. I can't say enough good things about BikeSport. I have an adult trike (a rather uncommon bike) that needed repair/maintenance. Not only were they able to fix it, they did it extremely quickly and at a very reasonable price. It really is a friendly neighborhood bike shop. Excellent service, staff, and prices. Brought in a project bike for them to install new cables,chain,and cassette. They went through the whole bike for me and even took care of things I didn't know about all to make sure everything was right when it left there. I will definitely be back for all future maintenance and repairs
This is a great bike shop. I purchased a new Giant Cypress DX and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Particularly Andrew and Mike. They took their time to explain features of the bike and let me test ride some. The whole time there was absolutely NO pressure to buy, which I liked very much and was a big reason I decided to buy from them despite living all the way in Hudson. I will absolutely come back to Bike Sport and would recommend it to others. Thank you.
BikeSport was a great experience . I have been brousing online for weeks. I finally decided on the Giant, ToughRoad SLR. Called around to the local shops. BikeSport had the model in stock. I was able to take it for a spin and see if it was what I wanted. Kevin took good care of me and the price was right. I am so pleased with my purchase and am looking forward to breaking it in this weekend. I would recommend BikeSport to my friends and colleagues. Shop is located on the south side of Tampa Road in Oldsmar. Just past SR 580.
We just moved to Tampa and wanted bikes. Bikesport was the first place we went. Knowledgeable and friendly. He knew we'd look at other places and still gave us advice. We looked at several other places over the next couple of days. None of them had the customer service we received at Bikesport. The other place all we got was, let us know if you need anything.
