What an awesome experience! I bought a bike for my wife in less than an hour. When I decide to buy a bike for myself, I will be buying one from this shop.
So helpful! My flat tire wasn’t a flat....just a bent valve. They just unbent it and didn’t charge...but earned a customer for my kids next bike purchase!
I have been dealing with bikesport for over 3 years now. They are the only people that touch my bikes. Not only have they built a few high end bikes for me but the have performed several tune ups on multiple bikes over the years. I highly recommend them. The crew over there always goes above and beyond to make sure my bikes are safe and perform flawlessly every time I get on them.
The guys that work at the store seem friendly until you go to do a return. At that time they will throw unknown restocking fees at you. To return our bikes they charged a 20% restocking fee, when we originally asked what the restocking fee would be they said that there would not be one if they bikes were in like new condition. When the time came (these bikes have 15 miles on them) they said that was never mentioned. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had wrecked on my new Specialized Stumpjumper last week and my bike needed a few adjustments, I’m new to the area from Austin, Texas and found a page called Palm Harbor Happenings on Facebook and someone recommended Bike Sport Oldsmar to look at my bike. I walked in today and both of the mechanics at the shop were awesome! They very helpful and kind, adjusted my seat and tightened up a couple loose parts.
