Very helpful and knowledgeable. They worked with me to get a great deal on a really good bike without trying to oversell me on anything. Customer service policies are amazing, including a year of service included with purchase. Will recommend to anyone I know looking for a bike or bike supplies.

Darby and his crew are amazing. I took my bike in when I was no longer able to finish the upgrades on it and Darby and his staff finished what I was unable to do. Went in looking for a tube for an old bike. Darby went well above and betond good customer service to find the exact fit and aired it to oem specs. During the process he shared a lot of great community projects that they are involved with which tells me they are passionate about what they do. They are not a typical retail store. They made me feel like part of the family. Keep up the great work!!!
