The people that work here are amazing. I brought a bike in thinking it was too small for me and I would have to trade it in and buy a new one. Instantly, I was told there was perhaps an easier fix. Within an hour the bike was resized to fit me perfectly. These guys could have easily sold me a new bike and made hundreds of dollars off of my ignorance of bikes. Instead they did the right thing and resized my bike to fit me, putting a mere 50 dollar piece of equipment on it. Now I can't stop riding it and raving about the excel... read more
Holy Moose! I am super impressed with this establishment. I took my friend there to get his tricycle fixed. My friend is a special guy and on a limited income. The technician James was amazing. Though he was unaware of my friends limited income he did not try to up-sell him with unnecessary items. My friend was very curious about the work on his tricycle. My go to place for all issues with my bike. The staff is friendly and helpful and repair/maintenance costs are super reasonable. Don’t forget to ask them about the Golden Girl picture in the shop!
Took my daughters bike to get looked at and these guys we super nice! They were able to fix it right there on the spot! Excellent customer service!
This place is the absolute best! The guys at Bikes & More are give great, honest advice and I always feel like they are looking after my best interest. They have tons of expertise, they charge fair prices, and they treat their customers so well. Even after moving across town (right next to another bike shop!) I still bring my bike here. I recommend Bikes & More to everyone!!!
Super nice folks and they're always patient with me (I have zero mechanical sense when it comes to bikes), fix things quickly, and are really reasonably priced. Awesome shop dog, too.
This place is awesome!!!! I was on a 1000k Randonneuring ride this weekend when I got hit by a car at mile 50, rode my broken bike to the shop (our control at mile 125) and they fixed it and had me back on the road in an hour! Wow! Paul and Dave have a special place in my heart! Without them, I would have scored a DNF, but instead, I completed the ride of 650 miles within the time limit! I could not have done it without these guys!!!! Love them!!! Whenever I get to Gainesville (not often), I am going to stop by the shop!
