AWESOME BIKE STORE! – I've shopped at Biker Rags for years. They have a great selection, great prices and have always been really helpful. I love the music and the mini museum inside the store. Biker Rags Swap Meet's rock! If you ride- you'll love Biker Rags.
Biker Rags is a store for bikers. – Biker Rags is the only place I've ever been able to find gear that fits me. I'm a big guy and Biker Rags carries sizes even larger than I wear! I've bought my leather jacket, chaps, gloves, my helmet and my boots all at Biker Rags because they had the gear that fit. The prices are very reasonable and the folks there have always been friendly. I highly recommend Biker Rags for anyone who rides or for anyone buying for a rider. Five stars!!!
Great Bike Shop! – For the past 15 years I've stopped in Biker Rags on my way from Indiana to Florida. It is one of the best bike shops I've been to and I travel a lot. They have tons of gear at great prices. They play fantastic music and they display really unique vintage bikes throughout the store. I hope to get down for one of the Swap Meets this year. not happy with biker rags – we went n about 6pm on Sat 4 dec 2011 we had asked the worker to tell TV down or off because it was loud and a very bad language so we left and want b back use to when i went n they would turn radio down but now it is like they do not care about their customers. every time we go n we buy stuff but not anymore. my dad loves there shirts that is all he wears but just because he would not turn tv down or off he will get his biker shirts some where else.
I won't be bback – Do not buy anything at Biker Rags unless you are absolutely sure it is exactly what you want. I bought a leather windshield bag there and it wouldn't fit my bike. I was going to get my money back and go to Harley Davidson to get one that would fit, until I found out I couldn't return it for cash. All they will do is let you exchange it or get a store credit. Since they didn't have the kind I wanted, I had to exchange it for one that I don't like. I didn't want a store credit, because I won't be back to the... read more
Horrible customer service by owner – After spending well over $1000 in the past year at this place I was shocked at how rude the owner was when I tried to return something. Although a simple explanation of why he would not accept the item back would have sufficed , the man was exceptionally rude and for no reason. I was not rude in anyway nor did I argue with him about his reason (though I do disagree with it). To be honest I was just to shocked at his attitude towards a customer.
