I just went in to look at bikes because either just recently passed my motorcycle safety course and I wanted to find a bike that felt comfortableand was not super heavy for me. Ralph was the salesman that first greeted us when we walked in and ended up helping us look at bikes. He showed me many Iron 883 but I fell in love with this 2018 XL883L they just got in because it was low and the color was amazing on the tank and fender. Buddy had a flat on a road trip broke down on I75. Service policy is no bikes older than 2003. Tire repair is tire repair. Maybe they don’t want tire work on a little older bike but leaving a Harley rider stranded on an interstate defies what A Harley Dealer should be. Policy should never interfere with doing the right thing. This place should be ashamed of how they handled this situation. Harley riders deserve better
