Went in with a recall part. The headlight was to be replaced because of a factory defect. So I took the defective headlight to them to get it replaced as I already put an led housing in when the defective light burned out. Figured it would be good to have a working spare in case the led unit went bad. They wouldn't even consider honoring the recall unless I took my working headlight out of my bike and replaced it with the non-working headlight so I could bring the bike back up. I was part of the most recent Riding Academy class and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn how to ride a motorcycle safely. Coach Greg did an amazing job teaching us the rules of the road and getting us ready for the written test. Coaches Phil and Kevin are highly experienced and knowledgable, and gave us great coaching tips to improve our riding and get us safely through the evaluation. They were patient and kind. Overall, a wonderful experience and worth every penny I paid.
