Friend of mine purchased a 1999 injection Road King and so far they have replaced...engine temperature sensor, fuel regulator, fuel injectors, throttle position sensor, finally discovered the tank was totally rusted. Cleaned out with a water blast, leading to the replacement of fuel pump, strainer and fuel filter. All the top end engine has been done for gaskets, rings, valve stem seats and valve stem seals. STILL has an electrical problem, possibly the computer. SHIT HOUSE BIKE.
