Discovered this wonderful local bike shop with the exact bike rack I’ve been hunting for and other cycling goodies.
Brad (the owner) is always extremely helpful and has really helped me quite a bit over the years - at their previous location (near Ben White and Pack Saddle) and at their current location. He’s been very observant at noticing other things that might need adjusting while working on my bike(s) which I greatly appreciate. Support local business and I’m glad we have them around the neighborhood.
Needed a tire fast, got one off amazon but it was dry rotted trash. They had a good selection of tires and got me back on the road at a decent price!
I live in the hood and just bought a bike so I stopped in to see if they carry locks. The person behind the counter quickly explained which lock type was better (the u shape, less possibility of stealing it) and which lock types were quicker to cut (chain). I remembered that I could use gloves and found a great pair. The fur baby was adorable. Very happy we have a bike shop in the hood.
Not only does it feel amazing to have my bike feel brand new again, but it feels great to see my bike worked on by such good company. You can feel the Austin kindness and energy through the owner’s work and care. I’ll be taking my bike back here any chance I have!
