Very friendly and helpful staff, had a tune up done and bought a helmet for my toddler. Great selection of everything. Awesome to have such a great Specialized dealer in Knoxville.
Impeccable customer service. I've brought my bike in for maintenance 3-4 times in the last year. They've fixed my issues and went above in many cases what needed to be done /lighting fast.. The staff is very knowledgeable,helpful and friendly.(Can't say enough) If your going to purchase a bike look no further it's a package deal!
Very helpful. Showed me around and let me test ride several bikes to see what suits me best. Planned on purchasing a bike until i found a better deal from a brand they didnt carry however i still go to the Bike Zoo for many of my cycling purchases. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!
