on point. super cool place with wonderful people, everyone i spoke to was very nice n super helpful and i got a real nice mtb outta of my visit (they also fully assembled it). disappointed i haven't visited earlier on
I took in my bike for a tune up, I usually go to Summit Bikes in San Jose. I let techs know that my biggest issue with my MTB was shifting gears. There was hesitation and some grinding when I shifted, I know it can be an issue of changing gears under load. I picked up my bike after a $200.00, payment. I didn’t have an issue with the cost and I did not test the bike because I was in a hurry. I bought my first bike here and the customer service is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to come to bike therapy weather its for a first time bike buyer or repairs.
Just had my bike serviced at bike therapy fast and efficient great service. Been going there since they opened highly recommended
