I've been a costumer for the past 5-6 years and I've seen their customer service go to shit! Took my bike in for a tune up on a Friday (of last week, Good Friday) and a rear brake replacement and after a week and a half they have just told me they had ordered part, it has been delivered and is now nowhere to be found. Wtf! Told me they can reorder part and my bike would be ready in 3 days (mind you, it's been almost 2 weeks). Fuck them! Picked up my bike and will never do business with them again (got 20% off tune up, wow!).... read more
One of the best bike shops I've been to and not just in the Miami area, but across the nation. Their tune-ups are the best! I gladly drive 30 minutes to go to the Bird Road store vice other shops down the street. The entire staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Cannot say enough about the quality of service received here.

Best place to get you next Bike, been with them for over 15 years, excellent service, fair prices, they have a great promo till March 31st, clean/stocked/love the uniform, and the tune ups, they went up a bit, still worth it...

Tremendous staff on bird road. Bought my first cannondale road bike here then two additional mountain bikes over past 20 years. Ernesto n the team went the extra mile to salvage my cannondale scalpel. On top of that they are dedicated to customer service which includes delivery of my mountain bike home. I am grateful for their company. Will continue to purchase n service my bikes here for years to come Kudos!

Ok, long story short I was like crazy looking for a specialized epic small size, none of the dealers i call have that bike in stock, call browsed store and Patrick answer the phone,he explain to me they don't have the bike in stock at the store but hi can get one next day !! When I you up to the store hi take the time to set all my suspensions, sag , seat all!! Patrick Delacruz and bike tech best experience
