terrible device and very bias
This is going to be a rather long review, let me start by saying Biketech in Ft Lauderdale had the bike I wanted to buy in stock. In their defense they did hold it for me. I drove from Fort Myers to Fort Lauderdale (2.5 hrs) and ultimately purchased the bike and some accessories. Rene´ installed my Cateye Padrone computer. I was visiting from out of town and stopped in to look at a bike that my local shops didn't have. Bike Tech went above and beyond to get another size in from another shop. They have a great shipping service that got my bike to me promptly.

Probably the single greatest event as a consumer came today when specialized bikes came through with a warranty issue in a extremely above and beyond way. Bike tech facilitated the process. Thank you bike tech and specialized, amazing!!!
I bought a bike with in a week of a sale. I asked if I should wait or if they could adjust the price. the sales person promised me that they would honor the sale price. When I called to price adjust, bike tech refused to give me what their sales person had promised. Do not trust the sales people at the store!!!!!
