Of course I shop around before investing in a new bike but after visiting Bike Tech (FTL) my search was over. Not only was I greeted with happy, professional staff I was also educated on the things I had questions about. (They knew what they were talking about) They listened to what I wanted and guided me towards a bike that fit my needs and not what they were trying to move out of their inventory like I had experienced at other local bike shops. Best bike store found! I'm from Brazil and went To Miami this week and bought a new bike! The Guys from Bike tech were amazing! I went To a several bike stores and I can say that the best was Bike Tech! Everyone was very polite and helpfull. Thanks Guys for everything.

As always a great experience! Walked in today on my sons 13th birthday met Arnie the owner who I bought a GT Tequesta Triple Frame from in 1992. Rekindled memories and an hour later his staff had built me a Cannondale Catalyst for my son, kid was jacked up when he got it. Thanks Bike Tech!

I bought a bike frame here. I liked the saleswoman a lot and she knew her stuff. I discussed several different options for rims and settled on a $1100 pair. The day I went and picked up my frame I found out she no longer worked there. I was disappointed but still wanted to deal with bike tech.
