Alec and Brian were very helpful! My front tire was bent and I arrived 1 hour before they closed and they quoted me appropriately and gave me a great timeline on when my bike would be done. Absolutely charismatic gentlemen with superb customer service skills. Brian made me feel like I was taken care of, in my emergency.
Great place to go get a bike tune-up fair prices no price gouging I recommend this place to everyone who has a bike .
Made another visit to buy some bike tubes; and Brian is still the best around. Tremendous knowledge and ALWAYS polite and grateful for your visit. Excellent bike store. Brian is an expert.
Love this shop. Full of bike treasures from the past 100 yrs & the owner Brian can help you with bikes from any of those years!
