I agreed to buy a bike, but when I went to pick up the bike I found that Brian had intentionally swapped out quality parts for inferior ones. He wanted to keep the good parts or charge me more to have them put back on. When confronted he lied, made excuses, and barely made eye contact. This is after spending $300 on my first encounter weeks ago and agreeing to spend another $250 on this old road bike. A waste of time and a disappointment.
