I've always had a great experience at the Bike Shop. The sales people are always nice and full of information, the service people go out of their way to help and get things done quickly. The reason I give it 4 of 5 stars is because of the prices. Maybe since I'm not a bike connoisseur and I don't know whats "quality" but for the average person they seem a bit high. However the other aspects of the shop keep me coming back.
