I can't say enough THANK YOUs to Tony. The bike looks FABULOUS!! I almost cried when I saw it up on that display case, when I walked in. If you need bike work done, I would highly recommend Tony. He listened to my long drawn out story about the bike and he did a fantastic job on fixing it up for me. Thank you again Tony!! I'm sorry I didn't get to give you a hug, but I will be back with my other bike soon.
Tony and Alex rock! I went by with a flat tire and they had me up and running in minutes and resolved a nagging issue with my gears to boot!! Love your shop and Tony! Thanks man. You're great, as always!
To follow-up re: Car damage from wrongly installed bike rack: NEVER heard from the owner of the shop, (name unknown to me). Saris, the rack manufacturer, who confirmed it was installed incorrectly, sent a check for half the amount of damages as a 'goodwill" gesture. That is much appreciated! Nonetheless, VERY DISAPPOINTED in The Bike Shop!!!
Best little bike shop in Texas! Service is excellent.
