I could instantly tell they were experienced. On a Saturday, I took my 2015 Trek Crossrip Elite with an obviously loud popping sound that occurred when I applied pressure on my downstroke. They confirmed what I suspected, my bottom bracket was blown. I explained I needed it commuting and they asked me to leave it with them and that I could pick it up in the afternoon. These are kind new owners in the process of remodeling the shop, and it's looking pretty nice! I've already consulted with them on getting replacement parts for at least one of my bikes and they tried to get the lowest price possible for me without compromising the quality. Felipe is a wealth of knowledge as a former racer, and current trainer among other talents. I am looking forward to working with them again
