I think the Bike Peddler is a great place. I bought my rode bike there and they were very knowledgeable and a very caring couple. Both of them help you figure out which bike is best for your needs. I would recommend the Bike Peddler to anyone. I love this shop and these people!
Good business revolves around people skills & common sense. Happy customers tell one or two friends; an unhappy customer tells their unpleasant experience to 15 people but with the addition of social media, well, it can turn a lot of people off when learning of snide and incorrigible comments made to a potential customer. Seriously, the only color that should matters is green - the color of money & the only sound that rings should be Ca-Ching! A re-evaluation of business practices could be in order.
They have been doing my bike repair for over 3 years and they are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. I started bringing my bike to them as a novice bike rider and they went the extra mile with tips and maintenance instructions - Store is well stocked - They have my bike in and out usually within 24 hours !! Very personable. I wouldn t consider going anywhere else

These people are great to deal with. The staff were very nice and knowledgable. Not only do they sell products,they have a nice service area to service all makes of bikes. I went in to buy a bike for my daughter, but was so impressed with these good people i bought a bike that i have been considering for the past two years. Test rides are encouraged by the staff.
