The store is very organized. The bike layout is separated by types whether you want a road, Mountain or comfort bike. They also allow you to test the bikes in the parking area at the shop. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help you out with any of your bicycle needs. Very professional shop.
Great knowledgeable staff always ready to help! I would definitely recommend. I've been a repeat customer here for at least 4 years. Management is great!
I will never shop here again! We were run around by management. I had a bike that is in excellent condition, went to trade it in for a different bike, they would not honor the price that they quoted us (and they had written it on a business card), said my bike needed maintenance, but they had maintenanced it 2 months prior and I had only ridden it a hand full of times on paved roads. All we got was lies and more lies. Extremely unhappy. What happened to customer service? We will never shop here again.
