Came in for an emergency pair of bike shorts. The only pair in my size was stretched to the point the logo was cracked and coming off the material, with human hair embedded in the pad. I pointed out that they were used and was met with scorn and unprofessionalism. Two reps tried to gaslight me into believing there was no public hair and the item was new. Yucko.
