Fantastic Online Retailer. I worked with Erin P and she went above and beyond to cater to my requests. I lived out of state and within 15 minutes of me calling, she took several outside photos of my bike so I could see the true color in outdoor lighting. This gave me a ton of peace of mind to know what I was going to get shipped to me. She also offered to speed up shipping speed without a charge to accomodate a race I had coming up soon. I'd definitely recommend this ship :)
Great service. Helpful staff. I had not been to this location as I live in Frisco. They were just as good as the location I normally go to. My daughter had to go back in by herself and they took extra good care of her. Means a lot to me. We will be back
