The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! They are willing to help with technical questions and get what you need. They also have a wide range of group rides that are lead by their staff and special event rides!

Easter Sunday, we arrived to Mellow Johnny's to price bike racks and rent bikes. The sales associate Branwen could not have been more helpful. She went into the details of the bike rack, what all it included, how it worked, how it would fit onto the vehicle, EVERYTHING. We rented bikes and she outfitted us with the best bike for our height, gave us helmets and directed us to where we should go. She was awesome! Mellow Johnnys is great. We came into Ft Worth from Iowa to get out of the cold, ride our bikes and enjoy the local food. Bronwyn and her associate Annie were a terrific local resource. Gave us good ideas on where to ride, what to to and especially where to eat.
Today I bought a used jogging stroller off Facebook marketplace. I brought it in to get the tires looked over real good. Was told the front tire wasn’t holding air. I was greeted right away & they had my stroller inspected quickly. Thankfully they were able to detect a leak in the tube. It was changed in less than 5 minutes. Did I mention I’m carrying around my 9 month old? I had my hands pretty full. Needless to say, one of the awesome associates carried our stroller out & loaded it for me.
