customer service is not great!
RecommendedThe men and women that work at Bike Mart are awesome. There is no hard sell and I like that. They are genuinely nice and I think that the prices are fair.
3.5 years ago: meh. inattentive staff, not interested in stopping their conversations with one another/looking at their phones to talk with me and my son as he walked me through to show me the bikes he was interested in. No one bothered to ask us if we needed help or had questions. 2 weeks ago: funny.... and by that I mean not at all... same exact thing happened to me but with my husband this time! how disappointing that it hasn’t changed. I was in there this past weekend interested in buying a bike heard good things about this place however I didn't feel welcome and they were not friendly at all almost like I didn't fit their clientele.......

Great business decision listen to the employees if you go out of business they can get another job. But that would not happen the economy is booming no more virus and people have plenty of money to spend especially on bicycles.

Based on the quick response from Mellow Johnny's in Fort Worth, I retract my statement below and I WOULD shop here. Thanks for the support of local law enforcement. Mellow Johnnys in Austin cancelled their contract with the Austin police department cause a few of the hourly employees did not like how the APD bike patrol used the bikes as riot control.
