It is a great shop! They have ride that are lead by ambassadors and the mechanics really know what they are doing.
This is my go to shop. They do quality work with little downtime to get you rolling again. I own a road bike and a gravel bike. The road bike was purchased at Mellow Johnny's, the gravel bike was not. However, both bikes are serviced here. They do a great job and treat each bike the same regardless if it's the one purchased from them or not.
