They took care of all the heavy lifting, communicated thoroughly and treated me in a way that everyone should be treated after going through a traumatic accident. The team did decent work in dealing with the insurance company and handling billing, but they missed handling the ambulance billing and wrangling the details with my insurance. Now it's something that I'm being forced to deal with. I would also recommend staying on top of Jessica since she will forget about you as well as make deals with the insurance company without first speaking with you.
