Great store with employees who are knowledgable and eager to help you.
I took my bike in for a tune up two months ago. Had to take it back the next day because it was not shifting properly. The mechanic said it was shifting properly on the repair stand. But, when I rode the bike it was not. He treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I replaced the cables now it works great. They were not willing to look deeper into my problem. I will never spend another penny in The Bike Crossing!!

Mike and everyone at The Bike Crossing know how to cater to both beginner cyclists and experienced riders. They have helped me purchase a bike, gear, upgrades, and provided with tune-up services. They have also offered nights where they teach how to change tires and provide basic maintenance. Do yourself a favor. Don't go anywhere else.
